Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi connection in the room, although it was a bit too warm for my liking. The room itself was spacious but a bit dated, and there was some noise above the main bed which was a bit bothersome.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were instantly charmed by the lovely, clean room that awaited us, making our stay delightful. The early availability was a bonus considering the poor weather, allowing us to adjust our plans seamlessly. The friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, although a small incident at check-in was a bit off-putting. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend to others.
The hotel rooms were lovely and clean, just what we expected. The pool facilities were pretty good with a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The breakfast was also very good. It would've been very cramped if more people had come to dance, but giving my granddaughter some melon and fruit juice to ease her tummy ache was a nice touch.
The hotel was a mixed experience as the rooms, although clean and comfortable, were smaller than expected and not ideal for a romantic stay. However, staying in a normal room may offer a similar experience at a lower cost. The service was attentive and welcoming, but there were minor lapses like a delay in delivering wine. The location was excellent for exploring nearby seaside attractions and Portsmouth, but local transportation options were limited. Dining offered a good selection and quality, particularly the hot English breakfast delivery.
